The live oak store gets a 5 star the lady that assisted me today was wonderful everything went smooth as it did the first time I came and got an a/c but when the lady was trying to get ahold of the lake city store to verify that the washer and dryer that I wanted is in stock I ended up waiting 45min were I tried to call to see what was going on they answered my call and immediately put me on hold then not a min later the phone starting ringing and the call ended. BOTH STORES DONT DESERVE A STAR AT ALL!!! Last year 2023 I LEASED a tv thru Aroans in lake city they delivered it TO A LIVE OAK RESIDENCE …months later I had my brother take it to the Live Oak Store to pause on payments and re-pick up the payments on it later on… he gave it to Mrs SANDY OR SANDRA she goes by, she still works there as of 2/7/2025 before he left she asked him for the account holder of the tv which he gave my name. she wasn’t doing her job that day and didn’t give my brother a written up receipt of “RETURNING I... read more

Came to this store twice now for an appointment after work and they steady close 2 hours before there suppose to and I can’t get ahold of anybody!

They are not open after 11am and the door says 11am, says open on the holiday hours aswell. And they cannot seem to order appliances 2x in a row, this is the 3rd time attempting to get an appliance and they are not even open

Purchased a dryer this morning Sandi was just wonderful answered all my questions and went above and beyond helping make the experience great I would give this a big thumbs up.
