When they do a delivery or pick up make sure you are home with them or you come home to a nasty rags just left on counter tops where you eat from. Totally disgusting and disrespectful.
Yvonne canceled my order because she felt like it. I hope the calls are recorded so people in upper management can hear how she talked to me. It’s a couple day before Christmas and I really was counting on my washer and dryer being here the day it was supposed to be delivered she canceled the delivery I hate to use this but I know it was racially motivated. I would literally suggest going anywhere but here! We ordered a bedroom set almost two weeks ago. No one ever called us to schedule delivery. The number they gave us for the warehouse was a disconnected number. When I called to ask about it the woman was awful! And said there was issue with the order but no one bothered calling us or anything.
They were very professional and dedicated to please the customer delivery. Thank you for your dedication
New manager is really horrible shes couldn’t answer any of my questions an was really rude
