Every time I call it's long wait! This time it was 15 mins and counting. Really getting frustrated with this office.
Agree with most other reviews. Dr. Young is great! We have been seeing him as our primary physician for the last 8-9 years and would recommend him! However, the phone system is HORRIBLE! Every time I call (which is often to schedule for a family of 6), I end up waiting over 5 minutes and has been as long as 15 before giving up. I have called at different times, and it's always the same, so clearly an issue they are not interested in fixing.
Dr. Young is very nice. He listens to my health issues and I have never been sent away wanting better treatment. The staff is always nice, the appointments are quick. I check in and 30 mins later I am walking out. I would give him 10 points if I could.
