I had a cold which quickly turned to laryngitis, lung congestion, earache, and more. It was Friday around noon when I decided to go to a walk-in clinic. Clinic was not accepting more people that day. Decided to walk in to Dr. Way's office and take a chance, despite the fact they would close in a few hours. Nurse practitioner managed to get me in within 15 minutes, prescriptions done, and quickly out the door. Exceptional service!

My latest appointment was with Malinda. She has a knowledgeable and gentle manner asks just the right questions to get to the root of the problem. I have also met Jamie at another visit. I have only had one appointment with Dr Way but overall it is a caring and friendly practice!
