Dr. Trygstad was such a breath of fresh air at my visit this morning. I have left previous appointments (with a different PCP) feeling so defeated and unheard. I truly feel like Dr. Trygstad listened to me and cared about my health. I left knowing exactly what the plan is and what to expect if things change. He was also very efficient, but didn’t feel rushed and was on time! His staff were very friendly as well.
