Beware ⚠️ if you are looking for a customer service type agency, this is not the one to use. I have had State Farm for 35+ years on my cars and homes. This Agency location does not follow up or provide ANY customer service. Riley told me today they usually don't call after the roofing contractor calls them to say a claim is needed due to the amount of damage. I plan on changing Agents ASAP.
Jordan was very polite and helpful to help me to get a new policy. He was very nice and patience to walk me through everything I need to add to my nee policy. He did awesome! Thank you again Jordan for all your help. I’m happy to join State Farm.
