I was a regular patient with Colorado Oral Surgery for almost three years while undergoing a jaw surgery. The results have been truly life changing, and my results are better than I could have hoped for. 100% of the time, for every single appointment, Dr. Liddell and his staff were not only super professional, they were also very polite and friendly. They have great communication, and never took more than one business day to return my phone calls. I would leave 6*s if I could. Seriously cannot recommend highly enough!
Dr Liddell has been a Godsend and has consistently been the rock in leading up a team to repair my brothers injuries after being hit by a truck. He is ALWAYS easy to talk to, welcomes questions and explains in a way that we all can understand. We are two surgeries into a three phase extensive facial reconstruction and we have been beyond impressed with Dr Liddell. We can't say enough good things about this doctor. It clearly is his passion and he clearly wants the best for his patients.
It has been one year since Dr. Liddell did my jaw surgery, and I can safely say he changed my life. It might’ve been tough at the time of surgery, but the recovery went well, and it’s been mind-blowing to chew like a normal person. I am so thankful that it was done, Dr. Liddell did an amazing job.
I have been trying to get an appointment just for a consult for weeks. I have tried both office locations and I have had no luck. I have left voicemails with no call backs. When I do try to call again and someone actually picks up, their scheduling system "is down" so they take my contact information but still never call me back. I understand that their office is busy and his calendar is backed up for literal months but this is customer service 101 that they can't even get right.
