was recommended by a buddy. called in to check about appointments and coverage. although they accept PPO insurance and I have coverage for infertility they wont accept it. lady on the phone was super rude when I asked about other recommendations. "ya check with your insurance"... click... Lady you came up on my insurance. remember people are calling you with problems, you don't have to be rude and add to your BS attitude to their problems. your job is to answer the phone and questions, get another job if you hate it so much.... read more
Wonderful doctor both in terms of expertise and bedside manner. He’s kind, reassuring, and is willing to answer all your questions. I met with a different urologist at first and she wanted to send me straight to surgery without even bothering to look at the CT Scan I brought to my consult with her. Decided to do a 2nd opinion with Dr Spitz and I’m glad I did. He looked at my old images and recommended some tests, and ordered new imaging. Once we had all that data we finally decided on surgery. It's impossible to talk to anyone. No one answers a phone call or return a phone call.
The lady who answers phone calls is very rude, impatient. Sounded like she doesn't wanna work there. Plus the scheduling is messed up , earliest available appointment will be in two months.
