Easy to talk to. Understood and addressed my needs. It's hard to get an appointment, though. Takes up to 6 weeks. Not a good option if you're sick. You'll be well by the time you get to see him. Okay for routine visits, maintenance stuff, getting referrals, etc., but not for urgent care. I don't know, I'm old school and I guess I don't understand this new wave system. I mean the phones are answered by someone in Chicago!
My husband and I had an opportunity to visit Dr. Shaw in March upon the departure of Dr. Tompkins. He took time to inquire our current medical situations. He was very thorough and professional. We are very pleased with the transition and look forward to addressing our future medical needs with Dr. Shaw.
Dr. Shaw was kind, knowledgeable and listened to my concerns.
Great visit. All the employees were very nice.
My husband and I both fell in love with Dr. Shaw. He was very thorough with my exam and asked alot if questions. So much so that my husband is thinking if using him too. Great experience.
