I have been getting consistently great and prompt service from this office for over a year now. Bridget is always quick to handle my insurance needs and has always taken the time to explain all my options and discuss any cost savings that may exist.

The entire staff at this agent's office is amazing. They are patient, always go out of their way to help and explain processes. They promptly return messages, too. In a day and age in which nearly everything is done online, it's nice to still be able to talk to a live, helpful person for inquiries or issues that arrise.

The office staff here at Aaron Session’s State Farm office is exceptional. I have been a client with them for approximately 4 years now. I live in Aptos and this office is in Campbell, but I wouldn’t consider changing my agent’s office location because I am super satisfied with the quality of customer service I receive from their staff.
