Even if this local office was friendly in general, I must leave this message after removing it to warn other consumers that the company State Farm is unethical at best and when I really needed help I was treated like a number by the corporate office and claims adjusters. I paid into my insurance for years but received very little assistance when I actually needed help. I didn't even choose to get insurance from them, but Krista was still incredibly helpful showing all the differing rates and how each small component of my prospective car insurance would affect my premium. She followed up, delivered further guidance when I asked questions with great transparency, and made my experience a priority even when I was only a potential customer. 10/10.
