Updated review: I would like to thank Michael and Jason for really making things right. After a slightly frustrating scheduling issue they immediately took accountability and came back out to provide guidance. Jason was very professional, kind, and informative. Brandon G. And Jeremy C. did a fantastic job. They replaced old leaking bathtub fixtures, pressure valve, water shut-off valve, and water heater. Very professional and friendly. They knew exactly what they were doing. Went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

I called Aaron’s in July 2026 because my AC was running loud. They sent Ricardo Artero who quickly figured out the issue and explained it to me in detail. I also asked several questions to educate myself and Ricardo answered all of them confidently. I got the sense that Ricardo is trustworthy which is a quality that’s hard to find. It’s now August and my AC continues to run smoothly. It reflects well on Aaron’s that they hired someone of Ricardo’s caliber.
