Found a Super Jumbo unit at Aarons Self Storage. Great price
Moved here a month ago from North Carolina. Rented a unit over phone on Saturday night. Arrived Sunday morning to a CLEAN storage unit. GATED FACILITY. Lady I Rented from was great help . Unit has pest control and 2 sided door locks. Definitely will refer more people here. MG
Drove from downtown Cleveland to park my new RV. I'm new to owning this big RV .They rented me a pull thru space , no backing in required. Great price, clean facility and GATED. Nice people to do business with. MJ
I will never rent from these people again. They have security cameras that they only use to watch you. The gate has a bicycle chain as a lock and you have to get out of your car and open and close it. Not friendly at all. I rented for a year and they were raising the rent but not upgrading anything. Everytime I was contacted by these people. Ron only yelled at me like I was beneath him. I would highly recommend to NOT use this facility
I was helping a family member get their stuff and the owners were very rude. We parked off to the side to leave room for uhaul and they drove up and swore at us. I don't care what went down between the family member and them, there is no reason to be unprofessional and disgusting. I will never rent a unit here and no one deserves to be treated like that.
