Loved Dr Thiessen. He was extremely friendly and explained everything very well.
Going to other ENT's in the area, and leaving frustrated at the care, customer service, etc was a waste of time and money. Dr Thiessen actually listens to you. He comes up with thoughtful ways forward and understands patients want to feel validated. One of the best, if not the best dr I have ever been to.
