Going to other ENT's in the area, and leaving frustrated at the care, customer service, etc was a waste of time and money. Dr Thiessen actually listens to you. He comes up with thoughtful ways forward and understands patients want to feel validated. One of the best, if not the best dr I have ever been to.
Dr. Thiessen treated me for a thyroid problem and I ended up having surgery. Through the whole thing he was the kindest person. He explains things and he listens. He is soft spoken and has the most wonderful bedside manner. At one appointment I was scared because of a result that had come back. He reassured me and talked to me. Even the morning of surgery Dr Thiessen checked in on how I was. He is a super person and doctor.
