The service representative with a trainee rang the door bell and not physically coming in , but had me set the Air-conditioning at the lowest point 50 something degrees while I gave access to the basement and of course the unit was outside. They were there for 2 1/2 hours 2:04p.m. to 4:21p.m.and the Air-conditioning thermostat was at 71, and I actually fell asleep in the living room sofa. Yesterday I was ready to get a new air conditioner due to the age of our Trane. Aaron spent time with me, looked at our system, in the end no need to replace our system, I appreciate an owner who is not pushing for a sale when not really needed. When we do need to replace our system it will be Aarons that I call.
After 3 different events ive decided, I won't be trying anymore. I had Aaron's come out to fix a furnace a handful of years ago and they did come out that day and didnt have the right parts but they rigged something together till the other part came in. Great no problem at all. I also wanted to quote to fix some other odds and ends. Aaron came out and took notes I waited a few weeks after nothing I called, got the run around so I waited about a month and called again got the run around did that again and nothing, no surprise... read more

We will call him from now on for any furnace repair we need he showed right up for emergency work instead of making us wait for few days he was very professional and found problem would refer to anyone
