Dr. Brockbank was amazing! I had never had surgery before and went to the ER for an emergency Gallbladder removal. I was terrified! He was so kind and caring and explained things to me in a way that I could understand. I wish that he could be my Dr for all. Thank you Dr. Brockbank!!
So grateful for highly trained and experienced professionals who are there for you day or night when you come to the emergency room. Dr Brockbank is one of those people. He has an excellent bedside manner. Doesn't make you feel rushed and explains everything well. Represents himself in a kind and compassionate way. Everything about my urgent surgery at Riverton Hospital went well. Really cannot thank competent healthcare workers enough. They are there when you need them, 24/7.
Great explanation in the consultation with a very experimented doctor. Make me feel confident and relax.
Dr. Brockbank was on time and professional. To get the Ultrasound is another matter. I've spent about two hours trying to get scheduled. All that time was being put on hold. Press 1 to get a call back is a joke. If you was a normal company, you would have gone broke years ago. I don't know why anyone would do business with you.
