I had my roof completely replaced less than a year ago, I now have wet spots on my ceiling. Ive tried to contact the companys owner on many occasions. He will not answer his phone, respond to voicemails, texts, or emails. When another roofer looked at my roof, he thought that it had not been done in years. He began to point out the shabby work done. He even stated that things were not up to GA codes. I am so livid!
I am very dissatisfied with this company. I had a new roof installed a little more than 6 months ago. First. I felt rushed to select a color I do not like. The contractor said that the color I wanted would take weeks to order. I was out of town and was sent photos of a red roof I unfortunately agreed to accept. I have several wet spots on my ceiling inside that I believe are caused by a leaking roof. Several of my shingles are sticking up and several corners stick up. We were referred to Aaron Roofing from our neighbor who used them 4 years ago. We were exceptionally pleased with the service and responsiveness. They came for a quick quote, explained the entire re-roofing and insurance process in layman's terms, and completed the project on schedule. Jarvis was always quick to respond and went above and beyond to help us. They exceeded my expectations and I strongly recommend Aaron's Roofing!!
