Truly caring and awesome doctor.
Dr. Ritter diagnosed my husband's Lewy Body Dementia in 2000. He was as concerned about me as much as my husband - such a kind man. A more compassionate, knowledgable and sincere doctor does not exist. He is the best.
I had a similar experience to Jessica Lara. Dr. Ritter was recommended by Hoag Hospital to see right away. The office refused to make an appointment since I don't have Hoag insurance since they separated from Greater Newport Physicians (GNP) a year ago. The reason for the MRI was due to memory issues. Since I ended up in the ER at Hoag due to a minnie stroke with no symptoms I was told they wouldn't have seen me anyway. Not at all helpful.
We waited months to see Dr Ritter, but he is definitely worth the wait. So knowledgeable and validated my concerns about my husband. He spent time with my husband and I and sincerely cared about all of the things I was concerned about.
