Five years ago I left a 5 star review for an amazing company for amazing service. Today I deleted it and will be replacing it with a one star review: We cancelled our service a few months ago due to wanting to tighten up our budget due to the economy. Since this I’ve received multiple calls from the company to attempt to come back out to restart the service or perform other unscheduled services, I’m also still receiving unpaid bill notices from a time after cancellation. I am new to the State of Florida. Warm weather = lots of bugs. There are bugs everywhere. The previous owner of my house used Purcor regularly and any insects I've seen in and around the house were all dead. So, of course, I called Purcor to continue the service. They came out, did an assessment, and conducted the initial service. They are very professional from contact in the office to the staff making house calls. I am confident that any bugs around the house will be kept to a minimum with their regular service.
Great service, took their time covering all corners outside, so far the service has been outstanding!
Very good service after signing up they immediately scheduled up and did the service so far I’m happy with them.
