I pay for several services every month per our contract. The only service that has been done in at least the past two month at my house is mosquito bait and I STILL have mosquitos even in my home biting my grandbabies. I complain about fleas, they tell me it wasn't on my contract and want to charge me extra per room to get rid to treat them. This pest control company sold us services they never actually performed, yet had no problem billing for them. Instead of addressing the issue, their representative seemed far more interested in repeatedly calling to pressure us into leaving a 5-star review than ensuring the service we paid for was completed. When we tried to cancel, it became an endless cycle of promises to “send someone out to fix it,” with little to no resolution, making cancellation unnecessarily difficult.
