Austin was very unhelpful and rude. I was tricked into a monthly service with them at 42.00 a month and then was told I can not cancel unless I pay $250.00 out of pocket. They keep you up to date on when they will be coming out. Very professional ! Our tech is great!
Your technician Mike is a true professional. Courteous and efficient.
Terrible service that’s all I can say. $399.00 with a guarantee to get rid of the fleas in my home. They came out 3 times in a month for 10 minutes each time. I don’t think that’s enough time to spray my whole entire house. Now I have fleas again 2 months later. My dog goes out for 5 minutes, is on preventative medicine and does not go anywhere else. Their solution? That I purchase the monthly plan. I thought it was guaranteed? I am very disappointed and do not recommend this company.
