PURCOR's representatives are very knowledgeable, timely, and get the job done.
I am very upset. First let me say, I used Purcor in my last home with excellent service and results. I sold my home and moved into a new build Townhome. I called (what I thought was) the Deland office yesterday to schedule an initial service for my new home. I was given a time window from 8am-12noon today, well 12 came and went and no one showed up. I called, evidently NO ONE from Purcor answers the phone or makes the appointments, it is a "Call Center", people who have no clue what is going on. I spoke with 4 different peop... read more
