I'm surprised by all the good reviews, maybe im just an unlucky client? I signed up for monthly service, first visit was in January. The service was good aside from the fact that they overcharged me but ended up crediting the overage. The real issues came after that. They never returned but have charged my card each month since. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They were not upfront about their pricing when we first purchased termite bond. The first year they came back out to bait they just showed up without calling and we requested that they call prior to coming out. The second year we canceled the service, they still showed up unannounced when we were not home, baited the traps and then charged us even though we had called and canceled. I had a great experience with this company m. From the moment of arrival , the person was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He arrived right on time, explained everything clearly, and quickly got to what they do best. They even followed up to make sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciate their attention to detail and asked if I have any questions. I’ll definitely use them again if needed and recommend them to anyone looking.
