Aaron was an absolute pleasure to work with! I was the Buyer’s Agent on the other end of one of Aaron’s listings and he was very professional throughout the whole process. I represented buyers who purchased a townhouse where Aaron was the seller's realtor. He was a great negotiator and was able to to help bridge the buyer and the seller together to make it work for both sides. My buyers needed some information from strata that would be challenging for any realtor to get. It was a struggle to get the info from strata but Aaron was persistent and was able to get this info that otherwise would have been a deal breaker for my buyers. Aaron helped us find the right home for our family. We were very specific on what type of home we needed and he was there to help us the whole way. He always had a our best interest in mind. He did not just want to make the sale. Aaron wanted to be sure it was the right house at the right price for us. We found the right house and after numerous rounds of negotiating we got it at the right price. Highly recommend him. Would work with him again.
