1st appointment was canceled without notice. Due to staff not validating if insurance was actually canceled or an error in the system. No one called Carefirst and no one called us. Drove 40 miles up and 40 miles back for nothing. Will say that I called Carefirst and they put things right with them. 2nd visit just a consultation and a pass test. 3rd visit got stuck in traffic. I would enjoy staying in Dr. MCPEEK..HE IS A VALUABLE MEMBER OF MY HEALTH TEAM.HE IS FULLY AWARE OF THE DAMAGES TO MY SPINE. KNEES AND NECK.. HE IS VALUABLE WHEN LAST SURGERY WAS PERFOMED WORKING HAND IN HAND WITH SURGERY TEAM AT 1ST STATE INVENTIONAL SPINE CARE.. DR. LINKENFELTER AND DEBBIE... P.A. ALSO WORKING WITH PRIMARY CARE DR. My mri was denied the day before, was told by the insurance company they just need a peer to peer phone conversation stating why I needed the mri. I spoke to the office and explained what the insurance company said, the office resent the same paperwork and it was denied again, stating they needed a peer to peer. Now I am being sent to a different place for an mri which will get denied again because they refuse to do a peer to peer like the insurance company requires. *they did get it squared away.
Dr. McPeek, was attentive, polite easy to speak with. He took his time to listen and examine me. All of his staff members were welcoming, professional and friendly.
