I've seen Dr. Burgess twice for shoulder impingement and AC arthrosis. He is professional and personable. I was given options from which I chose to undergo physical therapy. The physical therapy improved range of motion but not the impingement pain. On my second visit, I opted for a cortisone injection into the AC joint. The PA (can't recall his name, also professional and personable), eased my anxiety and performed an ultrasound-guided injection with minimal discomfort.
