My experience was horrible. Dr. Marlow was very disrespectful. I left distraught and confused. First time is a lasting impression. He got upset with me. When I jumped when the numbing medicine was applied. He jumped up left the room and never returned. I cried all the way to my car. Never again! We need doctors with compassion and great bedside manner. Filled with empathy. I'm an african american middle class citizen. I didn't deserve that kind of treatment. So sad!
I have had two total knee replacement surgeries from him, and both turned out amazing. He is no nonsense, tells you what to expect, and let's you know that a combination of weight loss a d physical therapy are key to a successful procedure. My 1st was in 2016 right and 2018 left. Both knees feel great!!! I would recommend Dr. Marlow to anyone
I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO DR MARLOW. HAD A TKR 11.21.23. THE PAIN I HAD WAS EXCRUCIATING. IT WAS SO BAD, I COULDN'T GET THROUGH MY EXERCISES. BUT, GUESS WHO THEY BLAMED. ME ME ME!!!! THEY SENT THE WRONG ORDERS FOR THERAPY. THET SENT IT IN FOR OCCUPATIONAL INSTEAD OF PT. I TOLD THEM I WASN'T IN THERAPY. MESSAGE, I GET BACK THEY GOT THE REFERRAL, JUST CONTINUE TO DO YOUR EXERCISES. Certain patients get better treatment than others I been patient of Doctor Aaron Marlow for 5 years an. I never seen him in person all I see is his Nurse practitioner I guess some patients fall through the cracks
