This is the nicest, best jeweler! They are so accommodating and helpful. They removed some links from my husband’s watch band so that I could wear it. They replaced the battery and cleaned. the watch. Later, I had trouble figuring out the closure so I went back, and they kindly showed me how it works. I recently visited them and bought a beautiful ring. Same great service.
Great selection.... I recently went to Aaron Kilman Jewelers to have my ring appraised and they were able to do this WHILE I waited. This was a feat that other jewelers would not do-they wanted me to leave my ring there for a week-but not Aaron Kilman Jewelers. Once I was there, I saw that they had a type of earring that I was in search of for so long. They are very accomodating and I will come here first to make any purchases.
0 out of 5 DO NOT bring your watch to this third rate "jewelry store" for a new battery or any repair if you value your watch. Went in to have a simple battery change, they didn't have the allen wrench needed to get the back cover off my watch so they called me and asked if I could bring one in from my house. After telling them no they assured me that their watchguy would bring one in and that I would be called within a couple days. 2 weeks later I returned to pick it up and all 5 function buttons are basically smashed in.... read more
RecommendedThis place is amazing. A few days ago I had smashed my fingers in a door. Unfortunately my engagement ring was smashed too. I messaged them and within a few minutes I got a response saying to bring it in and they will try to help. My husband brought my ring in and they did such an amazing job! It looks just as good as the day my husband first give it to me. I’m so happy with it! We will definitely be using Aaron Kilman for all of our jewelry needs from now on.
