I scheduled an appointment for a procedure and when I arrived I was told that he wouldn't perform this procedure on the first appointment. Which is fine, but this was not told to me at the time I made the appointment. I scheduled time off from work (PTO) and paid my $50 copay. l then received a bill for services that were never completed in the office requesting an additional $100 that I am now trying to fight. This visit was a waste of my time and money and very frustrating.
Thank you. You are the first Dr that is willing to try a different approach rather than going right to surgery. My dad was a Naval Man (served in WW2) and he always said to take care of your feet!!! Good lesson. Staff are truly nice too…
