Never once spoke to me, would speak to the "nurses" and "techs" but never once took 5 minutes to speak to me, he would tell the staff to ignore me when I'd have crying spells which is beyond awful advice you'd only tell a parent of a toddler who'd throw temper tantrums just to get what they want. He argued with one of the girls on the highland unit and told her to shut up which is beyond unprofessional and atrocious bedside manners. This doctor was helpful to my son but he is associated with Cotton wood Creek facility which is terrible and i do not reccomend.He was the only part of the visit that was helpful. The billing however is terrible it took them over 3 months to get me a bill and when I recieved the bill it already showed late. The lady I spoke with on the phone Katie however was very kind and helpful understanding my concerns and helping me figure everything out.
