Tiffany Sims, their nurse practitioner, is absolutely wonderful. She is extremely personable and genuinely listens to you. On the other hand, Dr. Hawkins, is extremely inconsistent with medication refills and I feel like I’m having to fight for my mental health. I shouldn’t have to call the office to make sure that the doctor has called in the prescription within the 24-48 they said they would.
