Mr Gray's wisdom & experience in the real estate industry is comforting & expedient; moreover, he is able to conduct business with many different personality types. This is a virtue for Aaron since selling/ buying a home is one of the most stressful events in a person's lifetime.
The main issue is Century 21 and the title. I used Century 21 to buy the home, it went through a title check, but a lein was left by the previous owners which was discovered when I tried to sell the home. Century 21 should not have let me complete buying the property without dealing with the lein, it was not brought to my attention at any point.
