This doctor doesn't care at all. He gives you an ipad to watch 2 videos, talks to you around 5 minutes without looking at you and gives you a quote for the treatment for $3-4k. And the best part for the consultation, they charge your insurance $249 for this. Insurance denied and now I have to pay $100 for the ipad session. Unbelievable.
I would not recommend if you want quality service. This guy simply doesn't care about you. I didn't feel well during my visit (light headed) and this guy never checked on me. Needs major improvement on customer service skills, we are not animals my friend...
He took his time with me and explained the plan of care prior to any work being preformed. He was very kind and gentle. I highly recommend to anyone looking for an excellent periodontist.
