I purchased a 2025 **** Mustang Mach-E from Aaron Ford of Poway on May 20, 2025 with the **** Power-Up Promise, which includes a complimentary home charger.Since the purchase, I have repeatedly contacted the dealership regarding the charger. We were at the end of a deal and about to sign the paperwork, and the dealership sold the car while we were doing it and attempted to extort us to pay more for the car than they had offered us. Absolutely deplorable business practices.

I traded in my vehicle Jan 1, 2025 and bout a newer vehicle. As of today's date, January 27th, 2025, Aaron **** still hasn't paid off my trade and the loan payment was due a few days ago. I tried contacting the dealership and spoke to people promising that someone would contact me. That was a week ago. Consumers need to be aware that this happens frequently at this dealership despite California law that states that they must pay off trade within 21 days.
