It took an entire weekend to get my daughter's prescription after receiving an examination when we needed to get a replacement. Their intentionally confrontation about disclosing their HIPPA or other disclosure policies, preventing me from asking for that information in a way that would immediately allow my family to have it for our records. Their process now has my daughter without glasses on the first week of class over a policy that no one in the policy can cite.
Dr Erdmanczyk on Commercial is my regular eye doctor... Very friendly and professional, as is his staff.
