it's nice walking in seeing a welcoming face and friendliness coming from the receptionist Jenn who takes the time to acknowledge you and talk to you while you are getting checked in! I cant say enough good about her and the counselors! Jai and Marc.
I have been coming here for almost 3 years and I have to say the one lady Jenna that checks us in is such a joy . It’s rare to walk into a business, especially a medical one , And actually feel welcome . She knows me and my son’s name as soon as we walk in and remembers conversations had in the past and asks up on them . Especially with my son ,who sometimes struggles socializing , has no issue talking back with her. She makes him feel comfortable . I have only had fantastic experiences at The Aaron Center. The front desk receptionists are MORE than welcoming and kind. And a special shoutout to Jen at the front desk!! She always has a smile on her face and goes the extra mile to make me feel heard.
I always feel welcome as soon as I walk through the door. Jenn is more than a receptionist, she's a people person. You are always greeted with a smile. She doesn't just make you feel like a number but an actual person. Moving on to my therapist. Joselyn is wonderful. She's very comforting, receptive, & understanding. My experience with both of them has been nothing less than excellent. .
Very helpful place very caring staff but its terrible to try to call them to get in contact with very long wait time for call try to setup a callback they never call back and they are very slow with getting paperwork back and getting medical records back and they also have a habit halfway driving to my appointment they cancel it or if I get there I'll be waiting and they cancel my appointment
