Dr Carter is very knowledgeable, he treated me with kindness and explained my pain and problems but at the counter receptionist was not polite. My insurance card she didn’t take a copy and didn’t ask my driving license. She charged me $35 dollars and card says $30 dollars, she did not listen and same evening I talk to my insurance company agent and she told me you should pay only $30 dollars, this is not a question about $5 dollars, asking a ID and insurance card. Dr. Aaron Carter’s bedside manner is wonderful. He explained everything to me plainly with compassion.
Dr. Carter is very good. He listens to my questions and he listens to my input. He shows and explains your xrays. Best of all he doesn't push surgery and let's you decide if and when you need it.
Dr. Carter went out of his way to explain what may be going on and the various options that I have available to me. That’s why I decided to start with physical therapy and see how that works out. Everybody in their office was very attentive to my needs.
Dr Carter was very thorough, he took the time to fully explain my condition and understand and address my concerns. I was very pleased.
