Dr Burke and his team are just simply AMAZING we love it there couldn't ask for anything better
Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly. I thought Dr. Buerk was great. He was kind and compassionate. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to others. I left feeling empowered to help my son and encouraged that we had answers and recommendations. I seriously cannot say enough nice things about our visit. From the office staff to the doctor, this practice is one of the best I've ever visited.
Excellent care
My son has been a patient of Dr. Buerk's for five years. We see him regularly and are always very pleased with the care he receives. Dr. Buerk always answers all of our questions and I love seeing how he interacts with my son. I would highly recommend him for anyone needing a pediatric orthopedic surgeon.
This is our second time seeing Dr Buerk in 7 years and he was just as pleasant and wonderful this time. He was very caring and patient with my son and explained things clearly to the both of us. Hopefully we won’t need to see him for a 3rd time but if we need an orthopedic in the future I will definitely return.
I have a five year old with Cerebtal Palsy and needed to see an ortho doc and we were recommend to see him. I was a bit nervous about another new doctor but well worth it! We seen his PA first and he helped calm my son down and played while examining him to calm his anxiety. Then the PA and dr. Burke came in explained all the options and said we should try casting first and was very thorough with all options. Now I just found out my daughter has a fracture in her growth plates and we'll see him
When my son broke his arm 5 years ago (displaced fracture of the radius and ulna), Dr. Buerk was thorough and his bed side manner with my son was great. When my son broke his other arm a few days ago, our first reaction was to make an appointment with him to go through options and get my son mended.
Dr. Buerk and his staff were simply stated Excellent on all levels of professionalism to speaking in ways my son could understand. He treated he and I with dignity and respect and despite a crazy scenario for which we saw him, he remained calm and cool. I highly recommend him to anyone who looks for a pediatric orthopedic surgeon. Phenomenal skills, trusting bedside manner, and friendliness made for the perfect winning combination.
Dr. Buerk is fantastic with children. He explained to my daughter what happened to her hip and how they were going to fix it in a way that calmed her down and she wasn't as scared as when it all happened.
