Terrible service – Let me preface this review by saying that the service was so bad that it prompted me to join this site. I went to the Culver City store to have two mats cut...that's all. First, I had to hunt down the one employee on the floor, who took over 20 min just to ring up my order (after all the choices were made). I was told that my order would ready in 9 days, but probably much less since the mats were in stock. So-so custom work – Since I do the majority of my shopping online these days, I don't visit Aaron Brothers as often as I did a year ago...but I still make the occasional trip when they've got a frame sale going on. I have used their custom framing services, and I can say that I was generally unimpressed. This specific Aaron Brothers location has done only a couple of pieces hanging in our home. Sadly, the matte on one framed piece was crooked...well, that's not quite correct. One of the angled cuts seems to have been "tried"... read more
