They carry Clementine Art! – I'm so happy to hear that Aaron Brothers carries Clementine Natural Art Products. Clementine makes the best paint, dough and crayons. My daughter loves them. Normally, art stores like this only carry conventional supplies, so kudos to Aaron Brothers for going green and natural!

They carry Clementine Art supplies!!! – I'm thrilled to know that Aaron Brothers carries Clementine Natural Art products - these products are the best! No dyes or chemicals so my baby can paint. I plan to purchase them all for holiday gifts! I am so thankful that a traditional art supply store is carrying all natural, and green products!

shoddy work – I left a special item, a family heirloom, to be 'shadowboxed' for a Chrismas present. the job was late being delivered, not to specifications, with dirty fingerprints on the item, matte, and glass! Dried glue was on the joints of the frame itself. Absolute, rotten workmanship and service.

Good Prices, Bad Service – They have a good selection of art supplies and frames; too bad all the people that work here are beyond slow and mentally incompetent. Went there yesterday and chose out two frames to frame some art. A sales associate named Sage started helping us and then abruptly left to go tend to the cash register. When we went over to the register to get her to finish what she was doing, she told us rather rudely that we needed to give her a work order ( um, we thought that was her job). Terrible service – Let me preface this review by saying that the service was so bad that it prompted me to join this site. I went to the Culver City store to have two mats cut...that's all. First, I had to hunt down the one employee on the floor, who took over 20 min just to ring up my order (after all the choices were made). I was told that my order would ready in 9 days, but probably much less since the mats were in stock. So-so custom work – Since I do the majority of my shopping online these days, I don't visit Aaron Brothers as often as I did a year ago...but I still make the occasional trip when they've got a frame sale going on. I have used their custom framing services, and I can say that I was generally unimpressed. This specific Aaron Brothers location has done only a couple of pieces hanging in our home. Sadly, the matte on one framed piece was crooked...well, that's not quite correct. One of the angled cuts seems to have been "tried"... read more

terrible – I left a couple of paintings for stretching. 30min job, paid $100, was told it would take 2 weeks, visited 4 times, after 1 month of waiting i canceled my order. got a refund, which is the only good thing in the case. WILL NEVER go there again.

Don't – Took two documents to the Richmond store. Three months later, they are now done - not to my satisfaction. The 10 day guarantee seems only a way to double the price. Originally $800 for the two, got frames free b/c it took longer than 10 days. I don't think they ever make it under 10 days. Sent the items back several times, still not good enough. Do yourself a favor - experiment with one of the smaller frame shops in town - the Big shop Aaron Brothers is NO GOOD
