I highly recommend Dr. Parrish. I have had diverticulosis and intestinal issues for many years; 70 year old male. Dr. Parrish addressed the issues with a practical and modern surgical approach. He is a very approachable person and understands and listens to the patient’s concerns and needs. He was available throughout the entire process.

I'd like to give a special thank you to Leticia Molina, the office manager and surgery scheduler. After my surgery, I had so many questions and concerns, and I even had to send her photos of my healing progress. 5start is only for the doctor. Dr. Parrish is very knowledgeable and provides excellent care. However, the front desk staff and assistants come across as dismissive and unwelcoming, both in person and over the phone. Even a simple “Have a good day” is often met with silence before they hang up. I hope the office works on creating a friendlier experience for patients.

After many years of constipation and bleeding hemorrhoids, I visited Dr. Aaron Parrish. He listened without rushing me as I explained I would be on blood thinners in an upcoming hip replacement surgery. He suggested a rubber band removal method and explained expected pain and recovery time. I agreed to have it done and it was completed in, I am guessing, around 5 minutes. Did not ask for consent to have another male student observe my butt exam. So now I’m a female with 2 males looking at my butt. It’s a little hard to ask them to leave when I know they are trying to learn. Doesn’t seem to care to take the time to help you if you have a small problem. He actually made my small problem worse by recommending Botox for an anal fissure.
