Your making a mistake if you don't patronize this place. Paul can fix or have the exact part you need for penny's on the dollar. Walked in this morning and he and wife were having coffee, exchanged greetings, then Paul asked what he could do for me. I showed him the fuse for my dryer that was in question. He then reached into his pocket and pulled out the exact part I needed, and said here I've been carrying this around with me for a couple weeks, unbelievable! Such a huge HELP My dryer quit working and after a few questions the man on the phone saved me a service trip and service fee and helped me over the phone. All I needed was a fuse. I really appreciated his honesty and help. Plus he was funny ... even better! Thank you for saving us some cash!
Great Old-Fashioned Customer Service – Paul from Aaron Appliance was right on time, managed to work despite me having a house full of people and a garage sale happening. He worked solidly for 3 hours and fixed my fridge, cleaned up the mess, and charged me 1/3 what I thought the charge would be. Fridge is back to running well again. I will ALWAYS use Aaron Appliance when anything breaks. It was like having an appliance doctor make a very friendly house call.
Great service, very knowledgable – These guys did a great job of explaining the pros and cons of the appliances we were looking at. Thye actually saved us a lot of money while getting us appliances that exceeded our expectatons
