Our BMW X5 Diesel had some mechanical issues. I felt that I knew which parts I needed but instead of just letting me order a bunch parts, they called me and asked for a full list of DTC's (fault codes) and then asked if I could bring the X5 in. My issues were quickly troubleshot and repaired. Anyone with a BMW Diesel needs to use TuneMyEuro! Super nice, professional, and quick.
Customer service responds in a timely manner. My parts were taking longer than expected but they always responded in minutes when I asked for updates on my order.
Good place for parts but not my preferred shop to get work done. Brought my x5d in for oil leak and smoke issue. Fixed my oil leak, but didn’t clean the excessive oil around the valve cover making me think they didn’t fix the leak since there was still drops for awhile on my driveway after the job was done. They replaced my smaller turbo thinking that’s the smoke issue, but still had bad smoke after car was picked up.
