Robert (the owner) is very pleasant individual and I am sure very knowledgeable for plumbing related issues. That said, his knowledge of irrigation and pump issues, in my opinion, is very limited but still charges a plumbers hourly rate of $167.50 per hour for that service. He spent more time explaining what the issue might be and what it didn't seem that it was than he did actually doing anything.
