Experience. Beware, they work hard to not pay subs.
Do NOT work for or hire these guys! Did work for them years ago. They did not pay us what was owed, lots of excuses all the time. They’re VERY SLY and experienced in stringing subcontractors along. You will NEVER see any retainage amounts and any verbal agreement will be a waste of time and VERY FOOLISH!!!!
Do not do work for this company. That have not paid freight charges for multiply shipments we hauled for them to the tune of $7000 or so. Connie Page even lied and told us checks were sent and so on. Be aware. They will not pay.
This company has been a terrible head ache to deal with. We completed work for them in February of 2019. After taking care callbacks that were not specified in the plans or in the scope of work, we finalized everything mid-March. I still have not been paid on the $21,000 job that they are obligated to pay contractually. If you are a sub-contractor, I would not work for this company because they take advantage of smaller companies and do not pay their bills in a timely fashion.
