We hired Aardvark Pest to do our wood destroying organism inspection for a block-on-slab house we put an offer on. The inspector didn’t bother to go into the attic because he said there was no access, although there was access (he just needed to unscrew the obvious access point with a screwdriver). He sent us a report via email that was hard to read because it was a blurry photo and not a scanned copy. We asked him for a more legible copy several times and he ignored our requests. Charles is a great person to know and work with. He has a great personality and knows how to get things done.
Charlie has been great to work with. This is my first home and have had a few ant issues pop up. He is always responsive and has been a big help. Really reasonable price!
