This is a terrible company, stay away from any and all of their properties. I had rented a unit in Scottsdale AZ as I would be there on business. I arrived to the unit to find no couch in the living area as advertised and show in pictures. I called the host (Aardvark Partners), and they did not know that there was no couch, then called me back and told me that it was taken for cleaning, and that it would be brought back the following afternoon. I booked an overnight stay in Seattle (12/21/24) through Delta stays. This was because I have been a longtime member of Delta and trusted booking through them. They have my card information and all travel related information stored. It was stated an id and deposit would be required but since both are in my account with Delta it was under my understanding they provide secure transmission of that.
