The tiles were laid & cut uneven. Large gaps where floor & wall, & bench & wall of showers met, so water was pouring through. The shower floor was so uneven , you can literally see rolls where it goes up & down,& and holds water in the low parts. The water does not draining properly because of the uneven floor . The numbers on the tile are visible and all over my shower. There is large areas that are missing grout, or cracked , or stay 'wet'.
