Bought flooring (LVP) that came with a 1 year labor and installation warranty; and a longer warranty on material. Less than 4 years later, there are two spots where the flooring planks are warping. I called Mr. Rutledge and explained what was happening. His response was that he no longer sells that product and there's nothing that he can do.
