I have had incidents with my vehicle, and if it wasn't for Ms. Jeannette Pauls, who works at Arco-American, and the way she help me from the beginning to the end. I would have never renewal my insurance there. When I called and complaint, she never turn me away or send me off. She is a very great employee. Thanks again Ms. Pauls
