I've been with this company 3 years and every year around the holidays I'm laying in bed not knowing if I will have someone show up. I had a aide this Christmas because they gave her an advanced which made her have to work but she quit right after the beginning of the year. They don't go over the care plan with the aide they tell them I'm a full care and that I will tell them what to do and when they get her they tell me that the agency didn't tell them what to do they didn't they to do this or that and I find myself comprom... read more
First day sent me to a client that had roaches so I quit. I’m cool and only paid me 7.00 for one whole day I’m cool .
I haven’t been working here long but am very pleased with this company. Ms. D and the ladies at the front desk are amazing. They are very good at making sure that you and your client will make a good fit. I would recommend Aaron’s to anyone looking for a place to work that works around your schedule.
