Their service is great but whoever I was on the phone with today was real rude! She seemed like she didn’t even want to talk on the phone or was ready to go! When I got connected with her otp I explained to her about me wanting to make an appointment and then that’s when she seemed to ignore me and put me on hold again. DOWN RIGHT RUDE!
