I am a real estate agent and the client in this case. Bob and Steve were absolutely phenomenal. We ended up needing 2 inspections I received the same quality care on each job, Bob was very informative when going through the house to be sure I understood all the things he was checking on the home. Even the follow up after the inspections was great reports were timely and informative. Will definitely be using them for future deals.

One of Steve's inspectors came back to the Home several times to re-review areas that we had questions on and even came back to look at the items that were repaired to make sure everything was done right. The report covered everything, lots of picture with detailed descriptions. I would recommend them to friends and family

Love this companies services. Steve takes plenty of time to explain every detail regarding my clients (home buyer) potential home. The free follow up inspections AAPEX offers are a great service to ensure that any repairs made after the initial inspection are done right.
