Aapex was recommended by the community, so we called. The first tech that came out did not solve the issue and reminded us that the longer he stayed, the more we would have to pay. $350 dollars later, no working doorbell and transformer not found to hook it up. I called the office and spoke to Caley who was very helpful. I told her what happened and she immediately offered to send a foreman out to review the issue. Jimmy completed the AC work with a professional, knowledgeable attitude. He showed up when he said he would and once work completed, he explained it all.

Scheduled for someone to come out to our new place for a quote on adding an outlet in our Lanai they gave me time window of when they would show up. I told them to call me when they’re 15 minutes out they said no problem. I get a email saying that your technician is done and working on the quote…how is this possible I wasn’t there to show them what I wanted done. I called them and really didn’t get much of an answer they said I would have the quote today 4 days later, still no quote. 🤷

The electrician showed up early, completed the repair very quickly and got my hot water back on. Definitely would recommend them for any work.
