Our 16 yr old asphalt shingle roof developed 2 very slow leaks (1 drop/min.) but enough to stain the ceiling drywall inside our house. Inpecting the shingles, everything looked fine. We called Aapex & Rick & Eric came out, found the leaks & replaced a dozen shingles with new ones I had on hand from the original installation. They showed me how the original roofer had placed a few nails too low & over time, those nails loosened, causing the leak. Can't say enough good things about our experience with this company. Project Manager (John) was great communicating with us and they always did what they said they would. The crew did great work and always cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend Apex!

Delayed our repairs due to owner being on vacation, overstated the repair quotes significantly requiring our insurance to bring their own contractors in to quote then lied about the type of contract that we signed saying it was for repairs that werent quoted yet and wanted to charge 20% of their inflated quote for not wanting to use them! AVOID AT ALL COSTS THIS COMPANY!
