Delayed our repairs due to owner being on vacation, overstated the repair quotes significantly requiring our insurance to bring their own contractors in to quote then lied about the type of contract that we signed saying it was for repairs that werent quoted yet and wanted to charge 20% of their inflated quote for not wanting to use them! AVOID AT ALL COSTS THIS COMPANY!

John Harris and his crew were absolutely stellar! They took over and completed the job needed after I had the misfortune of hiring a terrible company to mitigate serious leak damage in my bathroom and basement. This company is just the best! I had issues with another contractor and Aapex stepped up and got the job done right!! My neighbor also used this company and they are extremely happy with their work too
